Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before signing up for LW Sport Limited's holiday camp. By submitting your registration form, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Registration and Attendance 1.1. All participants must complete the sign-up form accurately and provide the required information. 1.2. All children attending the holiday camp must have and wear shin pads during the sessions. Participants without shin pads will not be allowed to participate. 1.3. LW Sport Limited reserves the right to refuse or terminate the registration of any participant for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with safety guidelines, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Data Protection and Media Consent 2.1. LW Sport Limited values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the sign-up process will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 2.2. We will retain your personal data only for the duration of the holiday camp. After the camp has ended, all personal data will be securely destroyed unless you have given explicit permission for LW Sport Limited to take and use pictures of the participant and upload them online. 2.3. By providing consent for pictures to be taken and uploaded online, you acknowledge that these pictures may be viewed by the public and shared on LW Sport Limited's website or social media platforms.
  3. Safety, Medical Assistance, and Weather Conditions 3.1. The safety and well-being of all participants are paramount to LW Sport Limited. In the event of a serious injury, medical assistance may be required. 3.2. LW Sport Limited follows FA (Football Association) first aid procedures to ensure the safety of all participants. Our staff members are trained accordingly. 3.3. In the event of severe weather conditions, camp activities will be conducted indoors. As a result, the topics and activities may be adjusted to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
  4. Safeguarding Procedures 4.1. LW Sport Limited is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all participants. We have implemented safeguarding procedures to protect the well-being of children. 4.2. Our staff members have undergone appropriate background checks and hold valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificates. 4.3. Any concerns or incidents related to child protection or safeguarding should be immediately reported to LW Sport Limited's designated safeguarding officer.
  5. Liability and Responsibility 5.1. LW Sport Limited and its staff will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering the holiday camp activities. However, we do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the camp unless caused by our negligence or breach of duty. 5.2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. LW Sport Limited does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the holiday camp.
  6. Changes and Cancellations 6.1. LW Sport Limited reserves the right to make changes to the holiday camp schedule, activities, or terms and conditions, with reasonable notice given where possible. 6.2. In the event that LW Sport Limited cancels the holiday camp, a full refund will be provided to registered participants. 6.2 In the event a private session is cancelled on the day of the session by the consumer, LW Sport Limited reserves the right to not add a session onto the end of the 10 week program. If a coach cancels the session, a week will be added onto the 10 week program and parents shall be given 24 hours notice of the cancellation. 
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England]. 7.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
